Bye Bye Cellulite!

If you suffer from cellulite chances are you’re frustrated, confused and have almost given up hope of ever having a smooth, toned body again.

You’re not alone.

Every year I help thousands of women get rid of their lower body dimples, bumps and shadows.

Most think cellulite is caused by toxic fat build-up due to diet, hormones or genetics. Unraveling this mystery is where the solution lies.  Let me explain….

Here’s a picture of me at age 34 when I was overweight, flabby and suffered from cellulite.

I am sure you know what it feels like to have cottage cheese bumps and dimples all over your hips, butt, thighs and legs.

Around the time of this photo I went shopping for a swimsuit.  Under the nasty fluorescent lights all I could see from the belly button down were deep pockets of cellulite.

My now ex-husband was waiting outside the dressing room wondering what was taking so long. The truth was I was trying to compose myself, close to tears, wondering where the body I once had was. I didn’t recognize the stranger in the mirror.

But today, I am very happy to say I’m 100% cellulite free.

Here I am at almost 50 years of age!

The good news is, there is a solution to your cellulite – even a cure.

So let me tell you my story and how you too can get rid of cellulite…forever.

The first thing you need to know is that after my 10+ years as an executive in the cosmetic industry I can tell you those creams, brushes or body wraps will NOT have a magical effect on making your unsightly cellulite disappear. I can’t tell you how WRONG and misleading all of those hyped-up hocus-pocus promises are.

Cellulite is NOT a skin problem.

You can rub creams into your cellulite, dry brush it, wrap it tightly…or even worse visit a plastic surgeon and receive Liposuction. Please NEVER do Liposuction! Like those other topical methods, it doesn’t deal with the cause of your cellulite. And it can disfigure your body by unevenly removing fat leaving indentations that look worse that the cellulite problem you’re trying to solve.

If these expensive treatments worked, the rich and famous wouldn’t suffer from cellulite. It’s that simple.

What I’m about to share with you today is not an expensive treatment or dangerous surgery. And it’s definitely not some sort of miracle cream.

What is Cellulite?

Cellulite is the bumpy appearance of the skin caused by fat cells protruding from lower subcutaneous (fat) layer of the skin into the supporting layer (the dermis). The job of the dermis is to cushion the top layer of the skin keeping it firm and taut. When the fat cells push up irregularly into the dermis it causes the surface of the skin to look dimpled.

It is important you notice how the muscle is directly underneath the fat layer and how the septa is connected to the muscle fibers and the dermis holding the fat cells in place.

So what’s the secret cause of cellulite?

Have you noticed how even women in their healthy weight range can still have those bumps and dimples?

This is because cellulite is NOT a fat problemit’s all about your muscle tone.

Without getting too technical…

Cellulite is caused by stuck, glued together, atrophying muscle fibers. It’s also the trapped toxicity in those fibers and muscles cells that creates an unstable, uneven foundation for your skin to sit on.

The cellulite you’re seeing on your thighs, butt, hips and legs formed because of what’s happening below the surface in your muscles.

The good news is there are very specific exercises to reactivate those unused muscles that bring circulation back to the inactive muscle fibers and rigid connective tissue causing your cellulite.

You see your lower body has over 90 muscles that need to be engaged and toned to become cellulite free.

Most of them are barely used. That’s how we say Hello Cellulite in the first place!!

The solution is simple.

We need to activate the dormant, mushy muscles to firm, tone and smooth your skin from the inside-out.

When the muscle fibers underneath the cellulite are stimulated with female specific trouble zone targeted exercises, the muscle becomes denser and firmer and pushes outward against the skin evenly compressing the fat layer and septa making the surface of the skin smooth so the dimples and bumps disappear.

Based on my experience helping thousands of women I’ve developed a 20 Minute Bodyweight Exercise Video that can easily be done in the comfort of your own home or hotel room. No expensive gym memberships, no equipment, no complicated routines.

My easy-to-follow, 20 minute routine reverses the unused or underused muscle problem. You just need to perform these powerful bodyweight exercise techniques 1 – 3 times a week (depending on your comfort level) to see massive results when you look in the mirror.

Not only will you feel vibrant and energetic but it will release the stuck-together-fibers that form an uneven foundation below the surface of the skin. Dramatically reducing (and eventually eliminating) those unsightly, confidence-crushing bumps and dimples that make you feel like you need to hide your beautiful body.

When the muscle fibers underneath the cellulite are stimulated with specific and targeted exercises, the muscle tissue becomes firmer and pushing outward against the skin, compressing the fat layer and smoothing the surface so the dimples and bumps disappear.

It works because it reverses the CAUSE of cellulite.

The secret lies in the correct form, speed and sequence of my unique bodyweight movements.

I’ll show you all this in my follow-along workout video that you can do with me, making sure you get visible results quickly.

This will NOT bulk up your muscles or make you bigger, quite the opposite. Your body will start to tighten, tone and firm. Lifting the areas prone to sagging like the butt, inner thigh and above the knee.  Giving you a sexy toned body shape.

Maybe you’ve suspected that cellulite is made worse by a diet full of sugar, refined carbohydrates, food additives and alcohol consumption. And it is. So I’ve also created an easy-to-follow 5 Day Cleanse that works in combination with my 20 Minute Bodyweight Movement Routine.

This is all about metabolizing fat.

You’ll optimize your digestive and circulatory systems – so toxins can be effectively cleared away.

The Cleanse is packed full of information and recipes to help your body return to Homeostasis – so you’re primed to quickly shed the cellulite in a healthy way. Clearing away the toxic stuff that’s been preventing your muscles from being toned, supple and healthy. So the skin above is totally cellulite free.

That’s not all…

There’s a third part to my Bye Bye Cellulite Program that makes it the most unique and effective system to loving what you see in the mirror, ever. It’s called The Bye-Bye Cellulite Treatment.

When you dislodge all those toxins from your muscle fibers by using The Bodyweight Movement Routine and The 5 Day Cleanse…you want to make sure you’re aiding the body in eliminating that toxic stuff.

The Treatment is a 5-minute exfoliating massage that’s designed to move the lymphatic fluid and drain away toxins. This also helps accelerate fat metabolism, improves your muscle recovery time and sheds away dead skin cells. It includes an exclusive recipe for creating your own Detox Aromatherapy Salt Scrub.

The REAL solution to cellulite is really quite easy when you know how…..

Hi Belinda!

I’m about to purchase your Get Lean program (43 years old, age catching up with me, noticing horrible changes, ugh)! My question is should I do Get Lean in conjunction with Bye Bye Cellulite? I have noticed a lot more cellulite recently as I’ve been pretty sedentary (my fault, grrrr)… Should I just begin the Get Lean program and after 12 weeks move on to BBC? Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Belinda June 6, 2016 at 6:00 pm

Hi Anne, I am looking forward to coaching you!

Good question. I would recommending starting with the Get Lean Program. I have a ton of cellulite specific workouts on the program that we can mix and match to your starting level – plus you’ll be dialing in your nutrition too for the very best results. I hope this helps and when you join please message me via the Help Desk so I can personally help you get started! Bel XO

Ness May 8, 2016 at 3:21 am

Hi Belinda,
I am almost 53 and always struggled with my weight and classic yo yo dieter. However I have always done some sort of exercise and kept reasonably fit, however it has never helped my weight . My body fat measurement recently was 48% with at least 2 stone to lose realistically. ! That’s almost me as half fat, I need help. Which is the best programme for me to achieve reducing my body fat. I need such a kick to become healthy in my eating and long term goals. I have always been a bit of a secret eater ?. My fitness has dropped recently due to neck problem which is now resolving slowly.

Belinda May 11, 2016 at 3:30 pm

Hi Ness!

It sounds like my Get Lean Program is the right choice for you. It is has my personalized support so you know your plan is exactly targeted to getting results you need.

It includes a 90 Day Eating Plan so you can relax and lose weight without worrying if you’re eating the right foods. The program has wide range of female specific at-home workout routines for all levels so you can burn fat and tone up your stubborn trouble spots. Many use just bodyweight some minimal equipment. I recommend 30 minutes 3 times a week to start. Once you get on track with your eating and the right workouts for your body – you can relax and can focus on enjoying the changes and losing weight rather than feeling stressed.

Let me know if this sounds like what you’re looking for, I’d love to coach you! Bel xo

Nat March 29, 2016 at 3:04 pm

I was wondering if the video can be played on iPhone as I know a lot can’t??
Also, is the bye bye cellulite program suitable to do after having recently had a baby?
Many thanks

Belinda March 29, 2016 at 3:10 pm

Hi Nat, good questions! Yes the video can be played on your iPhone but you need to download to your computer first then transfer over, I can help you with this if you let me know via the Help Desk. It depends how recently you had your little bambino and getting doctors clearance to exercise again. Let me know via the Help Desk and I can advise in more detail as to what’s right for you :)

Vicky March 20, 2016 at 4:21 pm

Are the recipes and detox elements of the plan suitable for vegetarians please? THANKYOU

I’m looking at the cellulite plan

Belinda March 20, 2016 at 4:25 pm

Hi Vicky! The main component of this program is a follow-along workout. It also has a guide to herbal teas and shakes to help detox and a body treatment. It doesn’t have a daily eating plan for losing weight. I do have my Vegetarian Get Lean Guide which would be ideal for you though. If you have questions and not sure which program is right for you please message me via my Help Desk :)

Maria Gutierrez March 15, 2016 at 7:06 am

Hi Belinda,
I have begun working out combining Hiit with weight training
For 4 months now and I have noticed that my cellulite looks
Worse. Is it true that cellulite gets worse before it gets any better?
Can your program help me with this?

Belinda March 15, 2016 at 1:20 pm

Hi Maria, well done on working out consistently. The appearance of the cellulite in your situation is influenced by a few factors; how fast we lose weight, how much weight we’ve lost, the ratio of HIIT to weight training and what our eating and alcohol intake is like. Please message me via my Help Desk with more details and I can advise more specifically how my program can help you! Looking forward to hearing back, Bel xo

Hayley March 12, 2016 at 7:31 pm

Hi I’m trying to workout which to get of your program either the bye bye cellulite or get lean program. I have terrible leg issues that I do want to get rid of but I don’t want to not focus on the rest of the body? Are the same leg exercises 20 minutes in bye bye cellulite in the get lean program? I currently do yoga 4 days a week, run 10 minutes 5 days a week and started lifting very light weights doing 4 sets of 5 as I read that this is how woman tone and I all my body: arms: twisting and legs (rather than 10 sets of heavier weights that’s for men and building mussel). I started sprinting round the block (which I’ve never done as hate it!) as read I need to get my heart rate up before toning to help shift the fat. I read you can’t tone fat you need to do high intensity then the weights which indecently started. I nearly purchased your get lean program a few weeks ago but now have seen the bye bye cellulite so I really want to know for me I want to still do yoga and would I still run 10 minutes round the block to get heart rate up then follow with your 20 minute get lean and that this does donthe same leg exercises in the bye bye cellulite in the get lean program? lastly you say you don’t need equipment with the get lean program but it says you will need a bench and weights? I currently use my husbands compact weight machine and would need to purchase items to follow your get lean if that’s the way I go? Sorry lots of questions. Just want to get it right as like all other woman brought so many other things and just got myself set up at home in this routine and if I switch I want it to be right! Thanks.

Katrina March 10, 2016 at 8:25 pm

Hi Belinda, I am 38 with 2 kids & like you have never owned or worn a bikini! I am small but wobbly. :(
I am very interested in your programs but have some movement issues due to a genetic condition. I can’t run (literally cannot run) and have very limited rotation of my hips, so wide squats etc are out. Will your program benefit me if I can’t do these types of exercises? Thanks for you help!

Belinda March 10, 2016 at 9:16 pm

Hi Katrina, lovely to meet you and thanks for your message. I believe my program can benefit you but I’d like to find out a little more. Could you please send me a message via my Help Desk and I’ll reply personally with a few more questions? Thank you and talk soon! Bel xo

Margaret February 24, 2016 at 3:17 pm

Hi Belinda,
I’m soon to be 41 and struggling w Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. My metabolism has essentially shut down and weight is packing on even while I am exercising to keep it at bay. Cellulite has attacked my legs and I can’t bear to look at them anymore. Would you recommend your Bye Bye Cellulite plan or the whole Get Lean Program?
Thank you for your help.

Belinda February 24, 2016 at 3:30 pm

Hi Margaret, lovely to meet you but sorry about hear about your thyroid challenges. I am coaching several women who also have Hashimoto’s. Based on my experience I’d recommend my Get Lean Program . It has a very effective eating plan and a wide range of workouts that we can customized to you your body and goals, including several cellulite specific routines. In my experience the combination of the right eating plan plus a variety of workouts works best for your situation. Take a read of this article which will give you insight into how I like to work. Justine December 22, 2015 at 6:03 pm

Hi Belinda,
Do you have programs or exercises esp for upper arm cellulite – it’s not my triceps they are quite toned and my biceps and i’m beginning to get deltoid definition now too :) which is the good news! But i still have cellulite half way down the top part of my arm – so between the delt and elbow joint – on the front of my arm. Any exercises?
I am going to check out your bye bye cellulite program because just through my own weight training with a trainer i have noticed an improvement in my lower body cellulite but want to make sure i’m ding the specific exercises to improve it and get rid of it once and for all. So yes, any ideas on the arms would be great, that seems to be my trouble zone!! Thx :) xxx

Carol November 22, 2015 at 12:18 pm

Hi Belinda. I am a 58 year old who has always exercised to “keep in shape”. However, I look like some of the pictures you have posted showing the cellulite. I cannot look at the mirror without feeling a sense of disgust. I’m wondering if your program will once and for all address my problem, or am I considering buying yet another product that will clutter my workout room. I also have cellulite and some fat on my stomach area. Will this program target this area at all? I know I have toned abs under there somewhere!!!

Thank you for your honesty.

Belinda November 22, 2015 at 2:29 pm

Hi Carol, well done on exercising all your life. Being fit and strong is a massive asset to our quality of life as we enter our 50’s and beyond. And it is possible to have a great body that we feel good about.

They are many factors that play into cellulite as you know; our nutrition, alcohol, medications and yes doing the right exercises to target the cellulite areas to build up the muscle tone (which we start losing as our hormones change). I hear you on not wanting to get another workout and not use it. That’s why I’ve made my Bye Bye Cellulite very affordable and a fun and easy to follow along routine. It’s a downloadable video and ebook – not a DVD. This workout is for the lower body but comes with a gentle cleanse and body exfoliating and lymphatic drainage massage that will help over all circulation of your body. I suggest you start with the Bye Bye Cellulite Workout – you don’t be disappointed and you can contact me anytime via my Help Desk for specific guidance. I hope this helps! Bel XO

Angela October 2, 2015 at 3:49 pm

I started the Bye-Bye Cellulite workout 2 weeks ago. I am 43 years old, 5’7 and weigh about 135 pounds. I guess my legs look “skinny fat.” I look great dressed but have always hated the way my legs look. They look dimply below the but and also look like there are horizontal lines cross the front and back of my legs. I really font have any muscle definition. When I pull the skin up they look fine. I took some pictures today but they don’t look as bad in the pictures. Maybe the 2 weeks have already made a little difference. I just wanted to tell you that there are many work out videos but I chose yours because you truly seem sincere. Your soothing voice helps me get through the work out! I’ve been doing it 3 days a week. I will update you on my progress!!!

Belinda October 2, 2015 at 5:59 pm

Hi Angela, thanks for starting with the Bye Bye Cellulite Workout and I know you’re going to get results – and thank you for your positive feedback on why you purchased, YES I do really care, very much so. Very happy to hear my soothing and encouraging voice helps you do your best as you follow along with the workout :)

What you describe is very common re the dimply areas below the butt and horizontal lines. Those lines are folds in the surface layer of the skin that’s lacking firmness due to poor muscle tone underneath. This is common on the back of the legs (hamstrings), especially as the butt begins to sag as the years go by. The great news is, you can totally lift, firm and reshape your lower body through doing the right exercises. Cellulite is hard to capture in photos but we will be able to tell from the change in muscle shape and skin smoothness. You’re welcome to send me your pics for evaluation after a few weeks – to my Help Desk. Thanks for posting and please keep me updated with how you’re going! Bel xo

Wendi Coleman October 1, 2015 at 7:01 am

Hi Bel,

Is it possible to purchase your DVD from the UK?

Many thanks

Belinda October 1, 2015 at 2:10 pm

Hi Wendi, Lovely to meet you :)

The program is an electronic download, you can watch and follow along with the workout on your computer, phone or iPad (tablet). If downloading is an issue I have a special link where you can watch it online. This makes it easy to get everything to anyone worldwide instead of shipping.

I hope this helps, please let me know!

Rebecca August 28, 2015 at 4:03 am

I am 56 years old and have always exercised and tried to stay in shape. However, once hitting 50 my body just starting changing drastically. Lots of cellulite on my butt and front of thighs. But the most frustrating cellulite for me? My upper arms! I’ve always been pleased with my arms…keeping them shapely and toned. But now no matter how much I work my arms out…rowing, elliptical, maxi climber….I can’t budge this cellulite. It really depresses me as my arms were always something I took pride in. Now I won’t hardly wear sleeveless clothes anymore. I’m really upset about this. I would be thrilled to try your program for all over toning, tightening and getting leaner…..but my biggest question…will your program get rid of upper arm cellulite? Thanks so much for taking time to read this and hopefully answer.

Belinda August 28, 2015 at 5:01 pm

Hi Rebecca, lovely to meet you and thanks for posting!

Well done on staying fit and working out. Yes the hormonal shifts around 50 change the equation quite dramatically. You may have seen my other post re this: Your Crazy Post-40 Hormones: Fat Loss, Fitness

The Bye Bye Cellulite Program is a workout specifically for the lower body and an excellent one at that if I say so myself :)

For your arms however, you obviously need specific moves to tone those specific areas – I am guessing mostly the triceps? For full body toning that would be my Get Lean Program – which has a massive range of workouts that target all the female trouble zones (arms, bra fat, tummy, hips, butt and legs). Most of the routines are bodyweight or fusion style with minimal equipment with different levels from beginner to advanced. The beauty of that program is that you get my personal coaching and help putting together a customized weekly routine based on your individual body and goals. Another aspect of course is your nutrition – as our metabolism and body chemistry changes along with the hormones, so the way we used to eat affects our body different now. Something also to consider. I hope this helps and please let me know if you have more questions. I am always available via my Help Desk too.

Sending you a big hug of encouragement! Bel xo

Hello Maria!

Thank you – it is an excellent and highly effective workout, cleanse and body treatment specifically for the cellulite trouble zones of the lower body. I need a little more information about your knee situation so I am going to email you directly re this so I can advise specifically and exactly. I am sure you can adapt – we just need to work together. Stand by and talk soon :) Bel xo

Nicky July 26, 2015 at 3:49 am

I am 44 and overweight. I used to be happy with my body but had a baby 2 years ago and it’s all gone downhill from there. I have had 5 children and my body is tired. I so want the body I had 5 years ago back. But I’m so tired all the time and been a single.mum to 2 autistic children I can’t get out and exercise. Can you help me as I can’t afford to waste money on programs that may not work for me. Is the food expensive and exercise regime can it be done at home. Thanks heaps for your time and help.

Belinda July 30, 2015 at 3:32 am

Hi Nicky, it sounds like you’ve got your hands very full right now and I’ve coached many women in similar situations. This workout is ideal for you. It can be done at home in 20 minutes and is fully follow along so you know you’re doing everything right. The moves are all bodyweight so you don’t need any equipment. More importantly, it works! Cellulite is eliminated by building muscle tone to firm and smooth the surface of the skin – but you need to do the right exercises for the female lower body. With my program you should start to see visible improvement within a few weeks of doing the routine 3 times a week. As for your nutrition, it comes with some recipes for cleansing shakes and a list of detox teas – that you can work into your usual routine. Reducing sugar and alcohol will help too. You can read more about the Bye Bye Cellulite Program here:

I hope this helps, be encouraged you can get intro shape and feel better about yourself – I’m here if you need any more help :) Bel xoxo
