I have so many incredible people on my Get Lean Program and I want to let you know how much I appreciate you emailing me your success stories!  Even though I am super busy creating new programs and building my Aussie Transformation Coach site – I still make time to answer you personally, because at the end of the day, it’s all about YOU!  My people and helping you achieve success with your personal weight loss and physique goals.

Today I want to share an inspirational email that just came into my inbox!  I get so many wonderful stories but I thought you might like to read this one for a bit of extra motivation.  If you would like to share your story and help others just like you, please, please email me!  I would love to feature you on my website or blog.  And if you are “thinking about it” but not sure – don’t forget to take your measurements and “before” pics so you have evidence of your personal transformation.  Remember, that is what started this all for me, so you never know what might come out of it.

Here is Julieta’s Email!

Hi Belinda:

My name is Julieta, I’m married, I have two beautiful sons (6 and 2 years old) and we are currently stationed in Germany (my husband is in the Army).

First of all let me thank you for putting together this amazing program, we (my husband and I) had completed the first week and I’m very excited and motivated to keep going. This had never happened to me before, I was never in any type of diet or program since I had always been thin, thanks to nature and genetics on my dad’s side of the family. But here lies the problem: I’m 34 and as soon I turned 30 I started noticing that everything was “coming down”, I ignored at first, although I would never show up my body on a bathing suit or even in the privacy of my home I was ashamed to walk naked in front of my husband and a MIRROR. But about 3 months ago while trying clothes in a dressing room the reality hit me pretty hard, I was officially at my worst shape ever at 34 being almost 5 feet 7 inches and weighting 135 pounds, which most would think is a healthy weight but I could just see how flabby and fatty my body was, even at that weight.

So, one day I was reading my e-mails and The Get Lean Program came along in my life, through Joey Atlas (I also bought one of his programs) and I was amazed to see your transformation, I must also say I had never exercise in my life ( I’m now doing 30-40 minutes of cardio 3 times a week and combining it with Joey’s program) and that my favorite food in the world is bread, cheese and pastries, I love to cook and bake, that is my passion in life and my dream is to open up my very own fancy bakery one day, so you see, is not easy and it will not get any easier in the future either.

Anyway, I can’t believe how good I stick to you program, I switched some meals around, but always following your advice and I have to say it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. My only problem is with breakfast, I usually only drink a cup of coffee since I’m never really hungry in the morning, but you mentioned not to skip meals and I’m having a hard time with this, I just cannot force myself to eat when I’m not hungry, so I ask for your advice on this, what should I do? How can I fix this?

I would really appreciate your response. Gracias por compartir este maravilloso programa con todos nosotros Beli. (I’m from Argentina).

PS. I’m talking about your program already with all my friends and family and as soon as I can speak about my own “amazing change” I will post it on facebook !!!!! Thanks for being there to answer all of my questions, guide me and help me through your program.

Belinda: So there you have it guys!   I can’t wait to see Juli’s transformation pics. And stay tuned for my answer to Juli about her breakfast question.  And FYI I can highly recommend Juli’s program from someone I respect and admire for his brilliant work helping women transform their bodiesJoey Atlas, Lower Body Makeover.

I need help. I just turned 46 and am noticing an ugly change in my body composition. What’s weird, is I workout and eat well (only meats, vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds) – no processed foods. Not sure what’s going on, but over the past year, my legs have taken on cellulite on the quads. I would like to change this but have no idea what I’m doing wrong. I commit to working out 5x a week and eating well, but I must be doing something wrong. Could you help??? Not sure where to turn.
