Many thanks for your prompt response. I’ve been reading my way through all the blogs and am fascinated and very encouraged by what I read. It appears I have been at a crossroads for a while now, doing a class 3x per week, eating relatively ok (not perfect by any means) and not loosing any inches at all (stopped weighing myself a while ago as it dictated my mood for the entire day). But I do drink wine, often in fact. I have been trying to break the habit of weekly drinking but struggling then your page just seemed to appear on my news feed, it was like the universe was helping me with my dilemma. Your get lean programme, can I access everything through my iPhone? Can I still attend my classes 3 x per week )signed up for the rest of this year). I have many social functions/trips away planned already from now through September. I’m willing to adapt on nights out etc but I would like to have the idd drink on holiday. Is that possible? Is your plan something I can do this on and get right back into it? Sorry for all the questions.
