Recently I received a note from a self confessed “before and after” photo junkie. She told me “Bel, I spend hours on the internet looking at before and after transformation photos”!
The problem is, this beautiful girl has never moved beyond just looking and still feels unable to make the changes she needs to make to be happy with her body.
This got me to thinking about the real life stories that are unfolding before me every day coaching women just like you.
It’s not easy to choose from amongst all the inspirational girls I’ve coached over the years…but today I want to share four very real stories.
When I say “real”, I mean – these are every day women who put their minds and hearts into doing what it takes to see real change. No photoshopping or photo editing apps. No hyped up exaggerated results. Just true, real life experiences and photos freely shared with the hopes they inspire others as to what’s possible..

Suzanne T: After 3 Weeks
“I am so thrilled with the way I am feeling!! Get Lean program is something I have looked for quite sometime!!!! I have never been a big eater and have always done some kind of exercise. But, I never could get the results I wanted!! I needed someone to tell me exactly what to eat and what exercises to do!! Get Lean has done that!! When I came across this program, I knew I had to try it.
I was very determined to start the program. It took me a couple weeks to get into the routine of preparing my meals. You have to understand I was OCD about following the program to a t!!!! I asked several questions on each topic in the forum!!! I always got detailed answers!!
I didn’t take pictures until day 9. Oh boy, was that an eye opener!!! That probably gave me the determination to stick with it!! There were days that I was really hungry, and felt bad!!
