Surfing and Surrender…

I know it sounds kind of crazy…

…A conservative female 37-year-old IT executive with a secret
dream to become a surfer.

Surfing dreams are for teenagers or college dropouts, right?
Yet that was where I was at 10 years ago.

Whenever I would sit through a meeting in a boardroom, or wait
through stoplights during my daily commute, my thoughts would
often drift turn to waves, surf and…freedom.

It was when I finally surrendered to my dream that I began the
journey to becoming the fitness model I am today, at age 46…

Even though that was the farthest thing from my mind when
I first started surfing.

Dreams are like that….once you say yes to them, you never
know where you’ll end up.

What about YOU?

I know you have a few dreams kicking around too.

Imagine if you started feeling better about your fitness
level…

And even started feeling sexier and years younger than
your actual age, and all the self-confidence that would
bring with it.

Wouldn’t it be a lot easier to finally make those
dreams reality?
