What’s uncanny is that this has all been able to come together on my 48th birthday. Which is very symbolic and special in many ways.

I have a very personal and private confession. For many years I dreaded my birthday. Not because I didn’t want to get older, but because on a day you should be “celebrating” I just felt reminded of all the heartbreak and sadness that I had experienced in my life.

If you have ever gone through a traumatically tough time and not felt like being “happy” when everyone around you was – then you know what I mean.

So I avoided birthdays like the plague. I kept it a secret. I didn’t celebrate. And I lived far away from my family and friends in Australia and New Zealand that there was no pressure to go out and party. I didn’t want present or even cards. I was relieved when the day was over.

But now things are different.

This year, for the first time, in a long, long, LONG time – I am really excited about my birthday! Because it represents the culmination of all my dreams and hard work over the recent years – especially the last year.

You see, I have spent the last 10 months working my butt off behind the scenes to bring you of the most outstanding, kick butt transformation workout programs on the Internet. It’s funny how when I got busy caring about other people and helping them transform their lives – that my life suddenly got a lot better!

I heared about you from Joey. I have cellulite problem that driving me nuts:(.

I’m too stressed because of Cellulite is now appearing on upper area of my arms. Can you please help or advice something in this regard..

MY PROBLEM IS MY BELLY AND THE BACK OF MY LEG CANT GET IT DOWN I WORK OUT VERY HARD MY DIET IS GOOD BUT SOMETIMES MAYBE 1-2 A WEEK I GET EMOTIONAL AND EAT CAKES BUT I FEEL BAD BEC I TRAIN SO HARD BUT WHEN I LOOK MY BELLY AND THE BACK OF MY LEG JUST WANT TO GAVE UP. MY WEIGHT IS GOING UP I M VERY FIT JUST CANT GET READY OF MY BELLY AND THE FAT AROUND MY UPPER LEG I FEEL SO FRUSTRATED.

Hi Enia, I have worked with lot of girls like you who came to me very very frustrated. In the past they trained hard and ate reasonably well but never could lose that excess weight. It’s simply because the way they were training and eating didn’t make sense for their body. It’s not necessarily about training harder as you have discovered – it’s about training smarter. i use to be size 18uk now im 12uk but it looks if my fat got smaller not gone.i want to shape it up
