They say life is full of surprises and I really like it when they are good ones!

When I suddenly realized Bex Redding (who I featured on my blog last week), lives in London – I knew I had the perfect opportunity to interview her in real life while visiting there for my friends wedding.

Bex very kindly agreed to meet with me today at Canons Gym, Richmond London so I will let the interview tell the rest of the story!

If you missed my blog interview with Bex you can read it here:

If you enjoyed this interview please leave a comment or even questions for Bex or myself below!

PS. Make sure you watch the video to the end to see me trying a headstand for the first time in my life :)

Just got a chance to watch this now – I am sooooo impressed!! Both you and Bex are so inspirational and now I want to do a headstand too!! 😀

Currently I am learning to do the splits and I think a headstand will be next!

Awesome stuff and I hope you enjoyed London :-)

Great headstand! Next you should try some handstands against the wall and cartwheels in the park. I try and do these as part of my workout and it’s true what Bex’s says about how turning your body up-side down really has some amazing health benefits. Backflips in the pool are also fun! Great interview.

Yes, against the wall – great idea! It’s been a long time since I did a cartwheel but hey, why not??? Thank you!!

I haven’t tried a headstand for years & years. I hope I’m not too big (overweight) for them! I really liked the idea of daily challenges & sharing them with friends though. Think I might steal this idea!

It was interesting to see the headstand, however, everything leading up to that was a blurr – couldn’t HEAR because there was no perceptible audio adjustment, AND THEN, when in the gym, the echo was so bad that you could understand nothing.

Thanks so much for that feedback Will, I have a new wireless microphone so I will make sure I use that next time so the sound is very clear, Belinda

There most certainly are!
Improve your memory
Treat motion sickness
Help prevent middle aged spread
Reduce the effects of ageing
All it takes is a few minutes, twice a day….
I’m half way through writing my article entitled ‘Turning your world upside down’ and would be very happy to share it if anyone is interested….
Belinda was a natural….strong arms, strong abs..easy x
