Welcome to 2012!  By now you have hopefully eaten all your Christmas goodies, celebrated New Year, had your vacation and are probably wondering how to get back on track – fast!

Watch my short video below for a quick update on what I have been up to behind the scenes preparing to help you achieve your best body ever this year!

The Woman Incredible Transformation Workshop is a full-day of inspiration, training, food and know-how. It’s like learning everything you need to know about getting into awesome shape and then actually ‘living it’ for a day!

Sydney (McMahons Point, Saturday February 11, 2012, 9am-5pm).

Melbourne (South Melbourne, Sunday February 12, 2012, 8.30am-4.30pm)

I leave for NZ next Monday 30th of January, then on to Australia.  I will be sharing some video blogs along the way – so any questions at all, please post them below!

Hi Belinda,
work out dvd’s would be awesome, incorporating total body toning lifting and sculpting and also cardio. Seperate dvd’s as well for abs and butt-cellulite concentration.
It’s easier and more motivational for women to follow along. Brilliant Idea Belinda.

Hi my name is Nadia i need to lower my body fat I’m at 24 % and I would like to be at 17% or 18% body fat I have some cellulite I would like to get rid off …will ur program work for me and I’m a very active person It just no matter what I do I can’t lower my body fat … My wight is 122 pounds

Hello Nadia, I know exactly what you are talking about and I work with a lot of people just like you. Get Lean will help you lose that last 10 pounds and getting your body fat % lower than it’s ever been. I have also had great success with “skinny fat” and also “skinny cellulite”….please read the testimonials on my Get Lean site, there are even 2 video testimonials – listen to the one from Pili. These will give you hope that even though you may have trained hard and ate well in the past, there is a better, more effective and powerful way of doing things. Hi Belinda, just in response to your comment above – I LOVE workout DVD’s and it would be awesome to have them to work out with. Personally I struggle following workouts on my laptop. You look absolutely fantastic!! I would love to go to your workshop but I live in the states? Any plans to coming to the States with this workshop? Just wanted to know if you are ever thinking down the road to offer your workouts in a DVD format?

Hi Linda! Thank you so much – that means a lot. Yes I am hoping to do something in the States later this year – second half. If you make sure you register for my updates I will send out the details closer to the time. I am thinking to offer my workouts on DVD. I am interested to know how many people would like DVD’s, why and in what format. Would you like follow along with workouts in real time, do the workouts with me? Do you already use workout DVD’s? If so, how do you like to use them? It helps me so much to hear the answers to these questions because then I don’t have to guess what people want! So if you took a little time to write back to me here that would be soooooo appreciated!! Thank you and hope to meet you in the States! Belinda

That sounds fantastic! How do I regiser for your updates? I am very interested in doing that. A follow along format would be great! I’m so thrilled that you are thinking about offering your workouts on DVD. I know that you have to change up your workouts about every 4 weeks, is that right? Since you have to change your workouts on a regular basis maybe it would be beneficial to have a different DVD every month. We can sign up for this type of program. This would make the workout program so comprehensive and complete. It would be like having you as our personal trainer without physically being there.

I am looking forward to learning so much from you. Thank you for responding to me so quickly. I hope these ideas help and will be feasible for you to do.

Re changing your workouts – I normally find 6 week cycles work well. But I make every workout during the week different so the body is constantly being challenged. There are so many ways you can sculpt your body, strategies – it’s endless so it never gets boring or you never reach a plateau – there always seems to be something to improve lol. To tide you over before the DVD’s come out check out my new Get Lean Workouts to be released in a few weeks. That will give you access to my private coaching site where you can get the ongoing support and coaching you are talking about. There will be new workouts each month, cooking videos, forum etc. so you stay motivated and you get the guidance you need to achieve your goals :) More to come in a few weeks!! Hi, I, too, would be interested in DVD’s (USA format). I don’t purchase anything I have to use on the computer. If I can’t pop a DVD into my DVD player in the room where I have space to work out, then it simply doesn’t work for me. My computer is a desktop model, not a laptop, and there is no room to work out behind my desk.
I only buy “real time follow along” DVD’s, as they MAKE me do (motivate me to do) the workout and to keep up. Otherwise, if left on my own, I will slow way down and fizzle out completely. I have a whole shelf full of cardio DVD’s (and old VHS’s) and I need NO MORE cardio. I’m ready for something that actually WORKS!! Thank you!

Being in europe i too would love the workout dvd/ download idea. You seem to be “no nonsense, real training, real results” type of person and i think if you made workouts for video thats how they’d turn out.

As for what kind, definitely ones that you workout in time with, either you doing it with the viewer or you explaining and motivating while some other people demonstrate the workout while we follow along. DVDS that are just explanation are ok but its so much better to have someone to “workout with”, going through the whole workout nonstop.
As for what to put in it, you’re the expert:) But for example if you could come up with a workout that goes with your “woman shouldn’t be afraid to lift weights” philosophy, that will build muscle for a whole body workout that would be great. And then also do a separate cardio oriented dvd that burns tons of calories and strengthens your heart with different levels for different experiences. They could include something like your tutorial dvd for a better butt and so be a cardio workout that also tones one specific part of the body(as apposed to the full on strength full body workout). OR you could do a circuit/ intense interval type workout that has weight training with some cardio to get it all in one. Kind of like Jillian Michaels format.
Really once you give us something that really will build muscle, lose fat and increase fitness if we stick to doing it 3times a week (or whatever) then you can put whatever you want in it and people will love it:

Hi Michelle!

You have no idea how much you taking the time to really think about my question and answer in detail means to me! I do all this because I have a deep desire and drive to help people get their ultimate body – not only for looking great, but for the health benefits and how it helps mentally and emotionally in all aspects of life. Hearing the detail you give is priceless to making sure I am really helping people by giving them what they want and need!

I love your approach to the DVD’s. The online workout videos I just filmed are very similar to what you describe – there are full body weight training workouts that sculpt and re-shape the body, burn fat and increase your fitness levels and the equivalent in bodyweight training that adds an extra dimension of cardio vascular conditioning also. There are 3 workouts a week plus one “challenge” workout for those who want to train a little harder or for swapping around workouts so you don’t get bored.

Quick question – for the follow along – does it matter to you if it’s all bodyweight, or you want handheld weights included? I imagine most people will do this at home and may not have access to any equipment.

The DVD’s are going on my list for this year and I look forward to helping you achieve your fitness goals and taking you beyond what you thought possible!

Happy 2012! Thanks for the little video. I’ve been wondering where you disappeared off to. I look forward to your posts and most of all look forward to finally meeting yourself and Kat on the 12th in Melbourne. I’m all booked in and ready to change my body. I’ve been training well and trying to eat well (most of the time) but it will be awsome to learn the tricks of the trade. 2011 was a pretty non eventful year for me so I’m hoping this year some goals can be set and things will change. I am heading to American in June and will be celebrating my 35th birthday in Vegas so would love a smoking hot bod to celebrate with. Please come with as much info and knowledge to banish these cellulite thighs of mine forever. I must say they have improved since following some of your exercise routines and I regularly receive Joey atlas updates so have tried alot of his exercises. Just wondering if you think I should perchase his dvd?
Anyway I can’t wait till the 12th. Enjoy my beautiful country of NZ ans see you soon.
